• ✦Messages and family details are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest in our database.
• ✦Access is restricted to systems that need it to send Santa's replies — not to advertising platforms.
• ✦We never sell your data. We don't run ad targeting on your family.
• ✦Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your phone — no password to leak.

• ✦No accounts for children, no profiles, no public posts, no friends list.
• ✦We don't knowingly collect information directly from children — everything comes through the parent.
• ✦Santa's voice, photos, and stories are automatically checked for tone and safety before they're sent.
• ✦If something ever feels off, you can pause the experience immediately and contact us at hello@textsanta.ai.

• ✦Texting Santa pauses the moment you ask it to, right from your portal.
• ✦You can hide or archive individual memories and media in the portal, and request complete account deletion from us.
• ✦Active texting runs through December 31 each year. After that, Santa rests at the North Pole until next season.
