These terms are between TextSanta and the adult who creates or manages a family account. By signing up or using TextSanta, you agree to them and to our Privacy & Safety explanation.
1.A parent-guided service
TextSanta is for adults who create and supervise a family experience. You must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized adult. Santa sends messages to adult-controlled phone numbers; TextSanta does not create child accounts or invite children to use the service independently.
2.The experience
TextSanta uses artificial intelligence and other providers to create conversational replies and optional media. Generated material can be surprising or imperfect. The service is entertainment, not professional, medical, legal, financial, educational, or emergency advice. Parents decide what to read, play, or share with children.
3.What you share
You may choose to share names, relationships, traditions, memories, photos, recordings, and other family context. You represent that you have the right to share it. Do not submit illegal material or information you are not authorized to provide. You can correct or hide individual memories and media in the parent portal.
4.Safety and acceptable use
Do not use TextSanta to threaten, exploit, harass, impersonate, or endanger anyone; attempt to access another family; interfere with the service; or violate applicable law. We may pause access when necessary to protect families, the service, or our providers.
5.Availability and changes
TextSanta is a seasonal beta service and may change, pause, or experience provider interruptions. We work to preserve family continuity but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated response or media item will be error-free.
6.Magic, payments, and refunds
Christmas Magic is an in-product usage measure, not money or property. During an invited free beta, charging may be disabled. Any future paid offering, price, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms will be shown before purchase and may include additional checkout terms.
7.Privacy and family controls
Our Privacy & Safety page explains what we collect and why. The portal lets an authorized adult pause Santa and manage family context. Requests for a complete data export or account deletion are handled through the portal when available, or through santa@textsanta.ai. Complete deletion may retain a minimal content-free record when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
8.Ending use
You may pause Santa at any time. You may also request that the family account be closed. We may suspend or end access for material violations of these terms, provider requirements, or safety obligations.
9.Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TextSanta is provided as-is and as-available. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to TextSanta during the twelve months before the claim.

Questions, support requests, export requests, or deletion requests can be sent to santa@textsanta.ai. We will publish material changes with a new version date and ask for renewed acceptance when appropriate.
