What you tell Santa

Emma, 6. This year she learned to ride a bike and lost a tooth. Our elf is Pepper. Little brother Noah.

What Santa writes (example)

“Pepper tells me you learned to ride your bike this year, wobbles and all, and that you never once gave up. When Quillon read that out in the Great Hall, the elves cheered so loudly that the icicles shook.”

Questions parents ask

Before you order

When will it arrive?

Each letter is printed to order, one at a time, when your editing window closes. Then North Pole Post brings it by USPS Priority Mail: about 3–6 business days in all. Shipping is included. US addresses only.

Can I change the letter after I pay?

Yes, every word, until it's printed. You have 24 hours after you pay, or 2 hours if you already made changes before paying. The link is in your confirmation email, and you can send it to the printer sooner if you're happy.

Can I send it to someone else?

Yes. Choose "To someone else" and type their name and address. You get the receipt and the link to keep changing the letter; they get the North Pole Dispatch, with no prices in it.

I have more than one child.

Each child gets their own letter, with their own name, in the same North Pole Dispatch. Add a letter for another child after the first, and the brothers' and sisters' names, the pet and the elf carry over. Every letter after the first is $24 instead of $39, and shipping stays included.

What if I don't like what Santa wrote?

Change any word yourself, or ask Santa to rewrite it. Nothing is printed until you order, and it prints exactly as it reads on the screen.

Who writes the letter?

Santa writes it from what you tell him, with the help of commercial AI services. You read every word before it prints.

What do you keep about my child?

Only what you type for the letter. Family data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What if it arrives damaged?

We print it again. Reply to any of our emails and a person will read it.
