About TextSanta
This Christmas, Santa texts back.
TextSanta is a parent-guided texting experience with Santa Claus. Santa texts the parent's phone all season. He knows the family by name, remembers what matters, and sends voice memos, photos from the North Pole, and songs made for the kids.
Parents share the details Santa should know (names, ages, a nervous first Christmas concert, the dog who steals ornaments, the Elf that keeps ending up in the fridge) and Santa weaves those details into his replies all season, so the magic feels made for the family and not copy-pasted from a script.
Families can send Santa a photo of their elf and its name, and Santa knows which elf is theirs all season. Behind it all is a whole North Pole to ask about: reindeer, Santa's dogs, Mrs. Claus's cat, and dozens of elves, each with a name and a story.
TextSanta also makes Video from Santa: tell Santa about someone special and he records a personal video made just for them.

How it works, AI & safety
Parents are in control. Always.
TextSanta is designed as a parent-guided family experience, not an unsupervised child chat app. A parent signs up with their name, mobile number and email, tells Santa about the family (children, grown-ups and pets, a few words about each child, and their elf if they have one), then says hi to Santa from their own phone.
How TextSanta uses AI
“TextSanta uses artificial intelligence and other providers to create conversational replies and optional media. Generated material can be surprising or imperfect. The service is entertainment, not professional, medical, legal, financial, educational, or emergency advice. Parents decide what to read, play, or share with children.”From the Terms of Service
- Santa follows strict rules about who can appear in his pictures: never a real person from a description, and family members or pets only from photos the family sent.
- His replies are automatically reviewed for specific risks, such as promising a gift, and rewritten when one is found.
- Warm and age-appropriate: he's instructed never to ask for addresses, schools or other identifying details.
Safety and privacy
- A parent signs up and confirms they're the parent or guardian. Santa only texts the phone numbers the parent signed up with or added.
- Children have no accounts, logins or profiles. No public posts, no friends list.
- The Parent Portal shows what Santa remembers about the family. Parents can correct anything, or tell Santa to forget it.
- Parents can pause Santa from the portal at any time, and texting STOP ends every message.
- Parents can download their family's data right from the portal.
- Family data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold, and never sent to advertising platforms.
- Families own their data. They manage what Santa remembers and can have their data deleted at any time.
